Standard

Social Compliance and Sustainability, End to End on One Platform
Prepare your production facilities for audits, manage your supply chain and track corrective actions and continuous compliance in one place.
Audit standards on one platform
Instead of tracking different brands’ expectations in separate files, access supported standards from one workspace.
Different standards. A shared workspace.
Each standard has its own scope and assessment approach.
preserves the structure of supported standards and brings your preparation, audits and improvement work together.

Brand and standard names and logos belong to their respective organisations and are used here solely to indicate the audit standards supported by the platform.
Audit forms built around each standard
Open an audit form and you meet the standard’s own structure. Section order, question wording and severity levels guide you exactly as the standard intends.
Every audit form in its own standard’s language.
Ready-made forms preserve each standard’s sections, question structure and assessment criteria. See standard-specific distinctions, such as BSCI zero-tolerance items and Disney ILS MCS markers, within the form.
Build your own form
Alongside ready-made question sets that follow the standards one to one, build an audit form of your own around your expectations: pick questions from the question pool or write new ones.
Shared requirements in one form
Review requirements from multiple standards together with the all-in-one form. Assess your facility’s readiness within a common framework and identify areas for improvement.
Bilingual throughout
Question text, explanations and guidance in both Turkish and English; the standards are now in your own language and easier to understand.
Audits supported by law and practical guidance
Meeting a requirement starts with understanding it. Explore the legal basis of a question and how it is checked on site, in the same place.
Not a questionnaire; statute, case law and field guidance.
In
an audit question is never just a line of text; every question carries three layers beneath it.
The statute
The legal article the question rests on, in full text, one click away with a link to its official source.
Case law
On contested matters, Court of Cassation rulings are attached to the question, making the legal basis of a finding visible.
Inspection guidance
What to observe on the floor, which documents to examine, what to ask in worker and management interviews; point by point.
Sample interaction, try clicking Legal References and Self-Check Guide inside the card. You can explore the reference details and follow the links to official sources.
These resources support preparation as well as the audit itself. See which documents to prepare and which practices to review, so you can address gaps before the audit.
Modules that simplify SLCP preparation
SLCP preparation begins with you, before the verifier arrives. Understand your self-assessment; reduce data entry with fast preparation when you are confident your facility meets the requirements.
Understand first. Then move faster.
SLCP starts with the facility’s self-assessment; a verifier then checks those answers on site. We offer two ways to work through thousands of questions without misunderstanding what they ask. If you completed last year’s form on Worldly, upload the file: answers are carried over, and wrongly marked answers and fields that need updating go to a review list.
Don’t let a wrong answer misrepresent good practice.
Your facility may be doing things correctly. But a reverse-worded question or an unfamiliar term can lead to an incorrect declaration. Understand the question so your answer reflects the real situation.
- The complete Step 1, 2 and 3 question set, with original English text and Turkish translations.
- Turkish guidance explaining what each question asks and which answer matches which situation.
- How the verifier checks on site, which evidence to prepare and what relevant terms mean.
Don’t guess. Answer with a clear understanding of the question and what the verifier will look for.
Are children below the legal minimum age for employment allowed in the production area, even if they are not working?
Watch the direction of this question: are children below the minimum working age allowed into production areas even when they are not working? Yes means children can enter, declaring a risk of non-compliance. If children are kept out of production areas, the answer is No. This includes children visiting, waiting for a parent or helping during holidays. Their presence around machinery and chemicals raises safety and child-labour concerns. The verifier checks this during the site tour and in entry records; your access-control procedure should include a rule about children.
Where childcare facilities exist, the verifier checks legal compliance (premises, staff and permits) against documents and a site tour. The presence of children who are not working in production areas, including a child waiting for their mother, is observed during the tour and is an adverse finding.
- Childcare permit and staff documents
- Rules and signs prohibiting children from entering production areas
This is a small slice of the question set, using real question components and autofill rules. Your interactions are not saved and do not submit a self-assessment.
Two routes. Answers ready for Worldly.
- 1. Complete in CSRON
Finish your answers through guided self-assessment or fast preparation.
- 2. Download Excel
Transfer your answers to a compatible CAF Excel file and review it.
- 3. Upload to Worldly
Upload the downloaded file to your own Worldly account yourself.
Automatic answers rely on the facility’s compliance declaration; the facility is responsible for checking their accuracy. CSRON supports preparation, not independent verification. It is not affiliated with SLCP or Worldly.
Audit and compliance tools
Preparation goes beyond filling in forms. From document organisation and recurring checks to wage calculations and environmental data, use purpose-built tools for everyday compliance work.
Beyond the audit; tools you will use every day.
Choose a tool and try its workflow with sample data. Prepare documents, plan recurring obligations and explore the basis of your calculations.
Legal Basis Search & Audit Finding Assessment
Describe a situation from your facility and choose the assessment scope. Review it alongside legislation, case law and audit requirements to plan your next steps.
- Describe your case and choose an audit standard or legislation-only scope.
- Review the assessment together with the relevant articles, court decisions and standard requirements.
- Open the supporting sources and identify the information and actions needed.

Document Checklist
See which documents are ready and which are missing before the audit. Work through the checklist to complete your preparation step by step.
- A checklist of the documentation requested and examined during an audit
- Documents you can generate on the platform listed separately from those obtained from official bodies
- Tick them off as you go, identify the gaps; print or share digitally with your team

Policy and Procedure Generator
Start policies and procedures from a template, not a blank page. Apply your company details, then adapt the content to your own practices.
- Templates for policies, procedures, plans, forms, appointment letters and meeting minutes
- With a few basic details about your facility, the documents are generated in seconds with your own company information
- Generate them all in one step, edit as you wish, store them digitally or print them immediately

Document Library
Upload your documents to build your digital library. Preview files as you add them, find the document you need during an audit and share it with your auditors in presentation mode.
- Drag and drop files together. Preview them before uploading and organise folders and validity dates on the same screen
- Upload a new version and the old one moves to the archive; reach past documents in one step
- Search by name in Presentation Mode and reach permits, reports and records without navigating through folders
- Use Prepare for Audit to download documents to your device in advance. If the connection drops, continue showing prepared files in the open presentation screen
- Join from a phone using the QR code or access link. Give several auditors access at once if you wish; follow the same document or browse independently
- You control sharing: remove an auditor or close the session. QR access and synchronised sharing require an internet connection
From file upload to the auditor’s screen.
Select and preview files, then add them to your library. Search during presentations, prepare for connection interruptions and invite auditors to the same session from a computer or phone.
Offline viewing continues with prepared documents in the open presentation screen on the same device. QR access and synchronised sharing require internet. The actual product screens are in Turkish; narration and captions follow the page language, Turkish or English. The recorded session is closed; its QR and access code are no longer valid.
Recurring Obligations Tracker
Keep training, measurements and recurring inspections on schedule without remembering every date. Set the last completion date and interval, then track upcoming work together.
- A catalogue of recurring legal obligations; from training and drills to health checks and workplace measurements
- Set your own intervals; see what is due and what is overdue at a glance
- Every approaching obligation reaches you through the channel you choose

This walkthrough uses captured screens, not editable fields. Use Open the tool to manage your own obligations.
Form Editor
Adapt a ready-made question set to your audit scope. Edit questions, hide those you do not need or build a form around your own requirements.
- Assess your facility beforehand with forms built to the standards’ current expectations
- Edit questions, hide them, add new ones; reorder sections
- Import questions from other sets or build your own form from scratch

Living Wage Calculator
Assess basic living costs alongside wages. Enter local expenses to estimate a living wage and compare it with current pay.
- Produce the regional living wage estimate required by BSCI 5.4 and SMETA 5.A step by step, on the Anker methodology structure
- Compare the result with the minimum wage and the TÜRK-İŞ hunger and poverty line data; see the gap per worker and the cost of closing it
- Move the calculation in one step into the Living Wage Calculation and Wage Gap Analysis document in the policy generator and write the gap-closing plan in the same document

Greenhouse Gas Calculator
Turn energy and activity data into a facility emissions inventory. Review results by scope and see the source and year of each factor used.
- Your facility’s annual emissions with the internationally recognised scope split: the fuel you burn, the energy you buy and your value chain, each on its own
- Enter the natural gas, electricity and fuel figures from your invoices; every factor used shows its official source and year of publication in the result
- Intensity per product and per employee, warnings for the mistakes most often made, and the current legislation on one page
Actual product screens

Enter the year, electricity connection, workforce and annual production for the sample facility. The production unit gives context to the intensity result.
This walkthrough uses captured screens, not live fields. Use Open the tool for your own work.
Product Carbon Footprint Calculator
See how materials, waste and production data affect emissions per product. Compare inputs and identify where to focus reduction work.
- Enter the bill of materials: how many kilograms of which material, how much waste. Emissions arise from what you purchased, not from what ends up in the product
- Enter your own electricity and gas consumption, or use the built-in process values for steps you subcontract
- The result comes out per unit of product; see at a glance which item is the largest part of the footprint and start reducing there

Data security and access control
Your information, within defined access boundaries.
Facility records, audit forms and documents remain within permission boundaries. Access follows ownership, explicit assignments and permitted sharing. Checks work together across the interface, server and database.
Strict data isolation
Access is constrained row by row at the database level. Access between users, and unauthorised access from outside, is blocked at the architectural level.
Secure document access
Documents open after an access check. Sharing with auditors uses time-limited access, which you can end whenever needed.
Continuous security testing
Automated tests check scenarios such as privilege escalation and cross-account data access. Access rules are part of the application’s development and verification process.
Session security
One active session per account, lockout against brute-force attempts, and immediate termination for revoked accounts.
KVKK and cookie policy compliance
Personal data protection, disclosure and cookie policies are in force; only essential cookies run by default.
Sustainability and social compliance systems belong in a living, easily reachable structure; not in scattered files.
